How does One Wheel 360 convert to time?
One Wheel 360 is available at a 2 to 4 hour level depending on CMS and if ecommerce is involved. Each level receives up to that total work time per month. Keep in mind that most website changes take about 30 minutes.
What happens when I ask for more help and my hours are used up?
Projects or hourly development work above your free hours will have the option to be delayed until the next month when hours renew, or completed in the current month and billed at our exclusive 20% off rate.
I am regularly going over my normal One Wheel 360 hours – what should I do?
