A Website to Make Managing Properties Easier
RowCal is a Minneapolis, MN property management company focused on the people part of their homeowner’s associations. They recently acquired new business in Colorado Springs by buying two community management companies, BSR Communities and Haley Realty. This website build included merging the styles of the original RowCal website with the BSR Communities website. Thankfully, they had similar colors, but we still had a lot of work to do.

What We Did:
Duplicated the structure and some information from the original RowCal website
Merged information from the BSR website
Imported new photos for headshots
Met with the RowCal team over Zoom to make sure it had what they wanted
Revamped the SEO to match the Colorado location
